TYG is partnering with an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and design firm seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Architect to join its growing Miami team. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare architect to lead project delivery, provide strong technical direction, and play an important role in the continued growth of the Miami office.

About the role:

- Lead healthcare projects from design through construction administration.
- Oversee project documentation, coordination, quality, and technical delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Provide design and technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects.
- Lead Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and construction-related design issues.
- Mentor project teams and support the development of healthcare design talent.

Requirements:
\n

- 10+ years of professional experience, with significant healthcare architecture experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven success leading healthcare projects through design and construction, including Construction Administration experience.
- Specific knowledge of healthcare design, planning, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong technical, coordination, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Architectural License required.
