Education / Experience (minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field

- OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in configuration management, document control, product lifecycle management, or similar
Configuration Management Knowledge
- Working understanding of CM principles and practices (e.g., baselines, change control, configuration identification, status accounting, audits)
- Experience supporting or administering change management processes (ECR/ECO/CR/CI or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications
Tools & Systems
- Hands-on experience with at least one PLM/CM tool (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, PTC, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP or production systems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling engineering and product data
- Solid organizational skills; able to manage multiple change packages and priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, Enovia, and/or Costpoint
