ServiceMaster Services | Full-Time, Days | $16/hr

Join our janitorial team keeping a busy Mechanicsville office building clean, safe, and welcoming every day. This is a hands-on cleaning role - steady daytime hours, a supportive crew, and a company that's been part of the Richmond area since 1974.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (40 hrs/week) Location: Mechanicsville, VA (301 & 295 Interchange area)

What You'll Do

• Keep the facility clean, secure, and safe for everyone who works there
• Handle daily cleaning tasks: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom care
• Follow the building's cleaning plan efficiently and consistently
• Work as part of a team, pitching in where needed to get the job done
• Respond promptly and courteously to any client requests or concerns

What You'll Need

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years or older
• A work history that shows reliability and follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with coworkers, clients, and building occupants
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically able to be on your feet a full shift - walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and lifting throughout the day
