Job Description
· Lead and oversee the Maintenance Department and all associated facilities within an aerospace forging and heat treat operation
· Directly manage 8-10 leads and 40-50 non-union hourly employees across three shifts operating 24/7
· Direct and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
· Plan and execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects to support operational growth and modernization
· Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and performance
· Drive the department's efforts to ensure all equipment is fully operational and running at peak performance
Key Requirements
· Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and develop large teams
· Background in manufacturing
