The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Project Lead who can confidently manage and complete a variety of residential repair, remodeling, and renovation projects.
The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable multi-trade professional who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems, work independently, and help lead projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do

Lead and complete residential remodeling and repair projects

Perform general carpentry, demolition, framing, and finish work

Install and repair trim, casing, baseboards, doors, and windows

Complete drywall, flooring, tile, siding, and cabinet work
-
Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
-
Complete deck construction and repairs
-
Perform concrete repairs and pouring
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
-
Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and subcontractors
-
Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions
-
Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship without cutting corners
-
Work independently while also leading and supporting the project team
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, repairs, or carpentry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following areas:

Carpentry and framing

Baseboard, trim, and finish carpentry
-
Drywall hanging, taping, and repairs
-
Flooring installation and repairs
-
Tile installation and repairs
-
Cabinet installation and repairs
-
Siding repairs
-
Deck building and repairs
-
Concrete repairs and pouring
-
Electrical repairs
-
Plumbing repairs
-
Door and window installation and repairs
-
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
-
Reliable transportation — truck, van, or SUV preferred
-
Basic set of power tools
If you do not have 3+ years of experience AND experience in at least 3 residential trades, this position is not a fit.
