Remedy Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Helper for a growing manufacturing facility. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to build a long-term career while working alongside experienced maintenance professionals in a hands-on production environment. If you have experience troubleshooting machinery, performing repairs, and supporting equipment maintenance, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour and up based on experience Day Shift:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Overtime may be available based on production needs

Job Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assist with machinery installation and setup projects.
- Perform preventive maintenance to support reliable equipment operation.
- Help maintain production equipment and facility systems.
- Support maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Experience with equipment installation and maintenance procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or computer-controlled equipment is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to assist with overtime needs when required.
