Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Janitorial / Building Maintenance Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our facility. This role combines routine janitorial responsibilities with general building maintenance and seasonal outdoor work.

Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties:

• Empty trash and maintain waste areas
• Clean shop floors and production areas
• Clean and sanitize office spaces, bathrooms, and break rooms
• Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment

Maintenance Duties:

• Perform general building maintenance, painting and minor repairs
• Assist with after-hours maintenance needs
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization

Additional Responsibilities:

• Complete weekly/bi-weekly dump runs
• Assist with snow removal and ice melt application
• Maintain outdoor areas and facility grounds

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift (approx. 10 AM - 8PM Tues -Fri or similar)
