Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Waukesha, WI 53188
Duration: Long Term
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $38.00/hr. ( Depending on Experience)
Multiple Shifts Available
Job Summary:
seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support industrial manufacturing operations by performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance on production and facility equipment. This role supports mechanical, HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, robotics, conveyor, and industrial systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair:
Pumps
Motors
Bearings
Gearboxes
Conveyors
Robotics
CNC machinery
PLC systems
Hydraulics & pneumatics
Coolant systems
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and minor repairs
• Support predictive maintenance activities including:
Oil analysis
Vibration analysis
Ultrasound analysis
Infrared thermography
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate maintenance and production records
• Operate CMMS systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Perform equipment evaluations and identify potential failures
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and Job Hazard Analysis
• Work collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–4 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Knowledge of PLCs, CNC equipment, robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment independently
• Comfortable working at heights and using aerial/scissor lifts
