What You Can Count On
- Clear weekday schedule — no nights or weekends.
- Starting pay at $19.00 per job-time hour, with a path to $24.49 for top performers.
- Most strong employees earn $600–$700 per week after a few months, depending on hours and performance.
-Earn up to $930.62 per week, plus tips, after training. Your hourly pay increases as your weekly cleaning hours increase. This amount is based on 38 paid cleaning hours.
- Direct feedback, so you always know where you stand.
- Training through the WORK Cleaning Academy — you’ll learn the system, not just “figure it out.”
What Your Day Looks Like
- Clean homes using WORK’s checklist and supplies.
- Move between homes during the day (you’ll need reliable transportation).
- Stay on your feet, bending, lifting, scrubbing, and carrying supplies for most of the day.
- Work solo and sometimes with a teammate.
- Fix anything you miss — quality matters.
- Adjust when plans or routes change.

- This is real physical work, all day. If you can’t keep up a steady pace, this job will be tough.
- Cleaning here is not like cleaning your own home — you’ll be moving, lifting, and working fast, every shift.
