Group Manager or Project Executive
Industrial Electrical Construction – North Carolina
Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with an electrical contractor to identify an industrial electrical Group Manager or Project Executive in North Carolina. A strong Senior Project Manager may also be considered, with responsibilities aligned to experience.
This opportunity is ideal for a leader who combines industrial electrical project delivery, financial judgment and the ability to develop project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned industrial electrical projects and coordinate project management and field resources.
- Review budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, billings and portfolio performance.
- Develop PMs and support staffing plans, accountability and project execution standards.
- Manage key client relationships and resolve commercial, scope and delivery risks.
- Coordinate preconstruction handoffs, procurement priorities and project schedules.
- Support safe electrical execution, quality expectations, commissioning coordination and closeout.
- Report business performance to leadership and support repeat work opportunities.
Qualifications
- Progressive industrial electrical construction leadership experience; 10+ years preferred for Group Manager/PX consideration.
- Proven delivery of industrial electrical scope and leadership of project teams.
- Strong forecasting, contract, change management and client relationship skills.
- Experience overseeing multiple PMs or projects preferred for Group Manager/PX level.
- Senior PM candidates should demonstrate readiness for broader team and portfolio responsibility.
- Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience preferred; ability to support North Carolina project sites.
