Description:
Candidate will be working on-site at 1KC, located in downtown Kansas City. Core hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p with some flexibility, and opportunities for OT.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Windows 10/11 support skills preferred
Prior customer service experience including face to face and via phone, preferred Must have a good understanding of technical issues and be able to relay the issue to the user in a non-technical dialogue.
2-3 years of work experience working in an IT environment Previous ticketing system experience A/V experience preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems, tablet devices.
