Full-Time Day

Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Platte City, MO, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues

• Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working order and functioning properly

• Respond to and resolve resident and staff concerns related to maintenance and facility upkeep

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional care to our residents

Maintenance Assistant Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Maintenance Assistant or related experience/skills in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living setting
