First Staffing Group is currently hiring Asset Protectors to help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment at our client facilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, alert, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
ASSET PROTECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check identification and verify employee and visitor credentials
- Monitor facility entry and exit points
- Manage access during high-traffic periods
- Enforce site access-control policies and procedures
- Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies
- Maintain accurate access logs
- Report safety and security concerns to management
- Help protect company assets, employees, and operations
- Provide professional and courteous service to employees and visitors
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of access-control systems preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Security, law enforcement, military, or related experience is preferred but not required
- CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard Card certification is a plus
