Olentangy Village Management is growing our maintenance team, and we’re holding an in-person
Maintenance Job Fair this Saturday.
We are looking for experienced, dependable maintenance professionals: from strong apartment maintenance technicians to individuals with the experience and leadership ability to take on greater responsibility.
Come in, apply, and interview with our management and maintenance leadership team the same day.
What We're Looking For
We'd especially like to meet candidates with hands-on experience in some or all of the following:
- Apartment or residential maintenance
- Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Basic electrical repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Appliance repair
- Drywall, painting and carpentry
- Doors, locks, hardware and fixtures
- Apartment turns and make-ready work
- Preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing problems and determining the appropriate repair
- Using mobile devices or maintenance software to document work
- Supporting and working well with other technicians
For our more experienced candidates, we're also interested in people who are comfortable taking ownership of projects, helping prioritize work, sharing their knowledge and supporting less-experienced team members.

The Position
These are full-time, on-site maintenance positions. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical demands of property maintenance, have dependable attendance and be willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Apartment maintenance experience is preferred, but we are also interested in experienced candidates from residential maintenance, facilities, hotels, construction, remodeling or other hands-on repair environments.
Basic personal hand and power tools are expected for experienced technicians.
