Jr. Software Engineer (C# / Unity)

Key Areas of Responsibility

\n

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications supporting simulation, training, and visualization systems using C# and Unity.

\n

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment.

\n

Collaborate with software engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop innovative simulation and training solutions.

\n

Develop new features and enhancements for existing products while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

\n

Contribute to software architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

Create and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and user-focused software deliverables.

\n

Support integration, troubleshooting, and verification activities for simulation and training applications.

\n

Stay current with emerging technologies, game engine advancements, and software development best practices.

\n

Estimate development effort, prioritize assigned tasks, and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.

\n


\n

Qualifications

\n

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Simulation & Visualization, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

\n

Experience developing applications using C#.

\n

Experience with the Unity game engine.

\n

Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

\n

Experience using source control management tools such as Git, GitLab, PlasticSCM, or similar platforms.

\n

Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, debugging techniques, and testing practices.

\n

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

\n

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative development team.

\n

0-3+ years of professional, academic, internship, or project-based software development experience.

\n

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
