About the Role
\n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to support apparel product development from concept through commercialization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product fit, garment construction, technical accuracy, and manufacturing readiness while partnering closely with Design, Product Management, Materials, and Development teams.
\n
The ideal candidate combines strong technical apparel expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple products and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead technical design execution for assigned apparel styles from concept through production.
- Develop and maintain Tech Packs, technical specifications, grading, construction details, and fit standards.
- Conduct fit evaluations and provide clear construction and fit feedback throughout the development process.
- Track prototypes, sample revisions, and development milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with Design and Product Management teams to translate design intent into commercially viable products.
- Identify and resolve fit, construction, and manufacturing challenges while maintaining product integrity.
- Collaborate with materials, product creation, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor product testing and support commercialization activities to ensure production readiness.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and development records throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, Product Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of Technical Design experience within the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of apparel construction, pattern making, grading, manufacturing, fit evaluation, and product development processes.
- Experience creating and managing Tech Packs, construction standards, and technical product specifications.
- Ability to interpret design intent and recommend technical solutions that improve fit and manufacturability.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
