Job Summary\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Scrum Master with 8+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading Agile teams in fast-paced Salesforce implementation projects, not just operations and maintenance (O&M).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements\n

• Salesforce Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementation projects.

\n

• Scrum Master Expertise: Proven experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.

\n

• Implementation Experience: Strong hands-on experience supporting fast-paced Salesforce implementation and development projects, rather than primarily O&M engagements.

\n

• Agile Delivery: Ability to proactively identify and remove blockers, resolve delivery challenges, and keep teams focused on sprint goals and commitments.

\n

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

\n

• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum. Experience with SAFe is a plus.

\n

• Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.

\n

• Communication & Facilitation: Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

\n

• Sprint Metrics & Reporting: Experience tracking sprint velocity, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and overall team performance.

\n

• Tools & Technologies: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.

\n

• Certifications: Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master, is preferred.

\n

• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Preferred Qualifications\n

\n
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration or administration capabilities are a huge plus.

\n

• Experience delivering complex Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations.

\n

• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
