Schedule
- MondayFriday, 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
- Occasional after-hours work, but the plant operates on a single shift

What Youll Do
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
- Identify future equipment needs and recommend capital improvements
- Drive machine efficiency, uptime, and output improvements
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Electrical systems up to 480V
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Extrusion equipment and PLCs
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
- Utilize and help optimize CMMS systems
- Support fabrication and repair work (MIG/TIG welding preferred)
What Were Looking For
- Strong hands-on maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with electrical systems, controls, and automation
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Experience with CMMS systems
- A proactive mindset with leadership potential
