- Plan, coordinate, and staff in-house resident events and on-site activities that strengthen community engagement and support retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, universities, and community partners through outreach marketing to generate referrals and expand the prospect pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the effectiveness of marketing efforts, sharing observations and recommendations with the management team.

- Coordinate and support a smooth move-in and move-out experience, including preparing welcome materials, conducting walk-throughs, and ensuring units and common areas are tour- and move-in ready.
- Address resident inquiries and service issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate team member when needed and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support resident renewal efforts through proactive outreach, relationship building, and communication of renewal offers and community value.
Compliance & Standards
