Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring

Location: San Marcos, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $27.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Marcos! If you have experience in apartment maintenance and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance maintenance
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready/turnovers)
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
