Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm
Type of Position: Temporary with the possibility of extension
Payrate: $21/hr.
Job Description:
The Janitor/Maintenance maintains property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning.
Responsibilities:
· Sweeps
· Mops
· Scrubs
· Vacuums Common Area’s
· Empties Common Area Trash
Maintenance including:
· Mowing
· Trimming
· Weeding
· Raking
· Leaf disposal
· Watering
· Maintains all Parking Areas
· Sweeps and Blows all Landings
· Power Washes as Needed
Essential Functions:
Must be reliable and responsible to get to work on time.
Must be willing to pick up garbage/trash around property
1+ Year of related residential property custodian experience
Worksite Comment: Honolulu Area
