Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Bill's Mobile Crane Service Inc is looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Fayetteville, NC! Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on structural and mechanical components
- Inspect and repair crane components, frames, and heavy equipment parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure structural integrity and safety compliance
- Operate cutting tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with mechanics and field crews to support crane maintenance and repair operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial settings
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld specifications
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and PPE requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
