The Junior Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems to help meet organizational needs. This role works closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to gather system requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in developing effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting system requirements from end-users and stakeholders
- Support the analysis and mapping of business processes to system capabilities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems meet business needs
- Perform system testing and support troubleshooting efforts
- Help maintain system documentation and user manuals
- Participate in training sessions and provide user support as needed
- Monitor system performance and report issues for resolution
