Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Prescott, AZ. This position supports project delivery from planning through completion, coordinating with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Daily responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation; reviewing drawings and specifications; and helping resolve technical issues in the field. The Project Engineer prepares and updates logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and ensures that work complies with design requirements and applicable codes. This role also involves monitoring progress, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and providing clear communication to keep stakeholders informed about project status.

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, and to prepare clear written documentation and reports.

  • Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to assist with scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and tracking project milestones.

  • Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills to interpret drawings, support technical problem-solving, and ensure work aligns with design standards and specifications.

  • Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge to support projects involving electrical systems, review related plans, and coordinate with electrical contractors as needed.

  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, proficiency with project management and design software, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
