Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) development and support.

• MAS application configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

• Troubleshooting IBM Maximo and MAS application issues.

• Design, technical documentation, and solution development.

• Experience working with application interfaces and integrations.

• Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application platforms.

• Knowledge of MAS core and suite modules, including:

  • Maximo Manage

  • Maximo Health

  • Maximo Monitor

  • Maximo Predict

  • Maximo Mobile

• Application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Database and installation issue resolution.

• Application development based on business requirements.

• IT service management and service delivery processes.

• Incident, problem, and service ticket management.

• Project status reporting and risk management.

• Coordination with onshore and offshore teams.

Roles and Responsibilities1. IBM Maximo / MAS Development and Support

• Develop, support, and maintain IBM Maximo and MAS applications.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core and suite modules.

• Support ongoing application development and enhancement activities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure application stability, availability, and reliability.

2. MAS Deployment and OpenShift Administration

• Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS applications on container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.

• Support the deployment and operation of Maximo Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, and Mobile modules.

• Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and deployment issues.

• Monitor system health, application performance, and platform reliability.
