Now Hiring: Community Manager – Pensacola, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a multifamily apartment community in Pensacola, FL. We are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about property management, resident satisfaction, and team development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Community Manager experience in the multifamily industry
- Experience with Yardi property management software preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing daily property operations, leasing performance, budgeting, and staff supervision
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and industry best practices
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and mentor the onsite leasing and maintenance teams
- Monitor occupancy, leasing goals, and resident retention
- Manage budgets, reporting, and property performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of resident concerns
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
