Facility Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionStaffing Network is currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a facility in Burlington, NJ. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who is comfortable performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry, furniture assembly, and minor repairs
• Perform minor tile and ceiling tile repairs/replacement
• Handle minor restroom repairs, including flushometers, vacuum breakers, and battery replacements
• Assist with HVAC air filter replacement
• Perform routine maintenance checks on eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, post indicator valves, and other facility equipment
• Perform elevator recalls
• Maintain outdoor areas, including walkways and parking lots
• Assist with office setup, including hanging whiteboards and pictures
• Assist with moving and relocating laboratory equipment
• Support technical team members with various maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
• Assist with janitorial duties as needed
• Complete other general maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous general maintenance, handyman, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs
• Must be comfortable performing a variety of hands-on maintenance duties
• Ability to work independently and assist with different projects as needed
• Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
• Experience using a CMMS is a plus

Pay: $34.27/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMLocation: Burlington, NJ
