What You'll Do

• Perform pest control services in residential and commercial properties
• Inspect structures to identify pest activity, assess severity, and evaluate potential damage
• Document findings with digital photos and detailed reports
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
• Maintain accurate digital records and submit required paperwork daily
• Keep company-issued vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working order
• Follow all company policies and state regulations regarding safety and pesticide application
• Take on additional duties as needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, crawling, kneeling, and sitting; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception required
• Participation in general facility upkeep (trash disposal, sweeping) on a team rotation basis

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Work in tight or confined spaces including basements, attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical areas
• Use and maintain required PPE: bump caps, gloves, goggles, respirators, and first aid kits
• Handle pest control materials including insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides, and fumigants (training and PPE provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 to $27.00/hour to start
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000 to $50,000
