Test Technician
Location: Mansfield, MA Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Test Technician to support testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies at our Mansfield, MA manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:

<li>Perform functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies</li>
<li>Diagnose electrical and electronic issues to the component or board level</li>
<li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams</li>
<li>Utilize electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes</li>
<li>Document test results and communicate findings to engineering and production teams</li>
<li>Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of manufacturing experience</li>
<li>3+ years of testing, calibration, and troubleshooting experience</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems</li>
<li>Proficiency reading schematics and technical documentation</li>
</ul>
