Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers
- Oversee lease renewals, new tenancies, and vacancy management
- Work toward and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets to earn bonus
- Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed properties
- Grow and retain your property portfolio to maximise commission earnings
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in property management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues
- Bilingual is essential — must be fluent in both English and Spanish
