A Leasing Specialist in apartment property management is responsible for attracting and leasing apartments to prospective residents while providing excellent customer service. They conduct property tours, explain lease terms, process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins. Leasing Specialists also maintain knowledge of current market conditions, assist with resident retention by addressing inquiries and concerns, and help ensure occupancy goals are met.
