In this position, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of the community, ensuring a safe, functional, and well maintained environment. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) and includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete work orders efficiently with a focus on timeliness and resident satisfaction
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, ensuring a high standard of readiness
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Maintain common areas and grounds to uphold property standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation
- Identify and communicate safety concerns or repair needs
- Support other area properties when needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Trade certification or technical training preferred
- Valid driver's license
