ARMED SECURITY SUPERVISOR – FULL-TIME
Location: Faith Lutheran – Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
United Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and personnel. This role ensures a safe environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service.

Armed Security Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support on-site security staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and coverage
  • Serve as point of contact for client and management
  • Assist with incident response, reporting, and investigations
  • Additional duties as needed

Armed Security Supervisor Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military
  • Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience
  • Valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
