Dizario Search is partnered with a global manufacturing organization that is undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a critical implementation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact SAP transformation and work directly with business leaders, IT, SAP teams, and site-level stakeholders to drive the project from planning through go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Lead and manage an SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Own project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and overall execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operations
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership
- Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks
- Support change management and organizational readiness throughout the implementation

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- Proven experience managing SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA
- Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Understanding of SAP business processes and implementation methodology
- Experience with testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent SAP/project experience
