I’m currently partnering with a well-established Chicago General Contractor looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team.
\n
This individual will have the opportunity to take a leadership role on the high-profile commercial, adaptive reuse, renovation, and restoration projects throughout Chicago.
\n
\n
The Opportunity:
\n
• Base salary of $160K–$200K, depending on experience
\n
• Strong pipeline of adaptive reuse and complex renovation projects
\n
• Long-term stability with a steady backlog of work throughout Chicagoland
\n
• Opportunity to manage recognizable, technically challenging projects
\n
• Work directly with an experienced leadership team with significant Chicago construction experience
\n
\n
Ideal Background:
\n
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience
\n
• Experience managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
\n
• Strong background in adaptive reuse, renovation, restoration, or complex commercial construction
\n
• Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design partners
\n
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls
\n
• Chicagoland construction experience preferred
