Our client is a fast-growing healthcare e-commerce startup building a platform that makes it simple to shop for any type of care. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale their healthcare store — working across the stack and collaborating directly with clinical staff to integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure.
This is a scrappy, multi-hat role for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to own features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack features spanning pricing engines, appointment booking, and payment systems
- Write product requirements documents, SQL analytics queries, and own QA for your features
- Work directly with clinicians and operations teams to understand needs and shadow their workflows
- Integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure including EHRs, insurance systems, and lab providers
- Handle ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment where engineers wear multiple hats
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience in fast-moving startup environments
- Prior startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Strong across the stack or front-end leaning with generalist aspirations
- Technical degree (CS preferred)
- Proficient in at least one modern tech stack with eagerness to learn
- Strong communicator — able to articulate complex technical problems clearly and succinctly
- Entrepreneurial drive beyond the code — has built something and can speak to GTM or go-to-market strategy
