We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in the installation, programming, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and test new fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Identify potential risks and provide effective solutions to customers
- Ensure new installations meet applicable codes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in working independently to install, program, service, test, and troubleshoot conventional and addressable fire alarm systems, including initiating devices, notification appliances, power supplies, NAC circuits, SLC circuits, relays, and associated interfaces.
- Must be flexible and available to work varying shifts, including days, swing shifts, graveyard shifts, early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends, based on project and inspection requirements.
- Physical requirements. Ladders/lifts, lifting 50 lbs., working above ceilings, construction environments
- OSHA 10 required
- Able to acquire a Nevada F-Card within 30 days.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Notifier experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test
