We’re looking for a strong M365 Engineer – Exchange to join the Corporate Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Exchange Online, On-Prem Exchange, Microsoft Teams, M365 Security & Compliance, and hybrid identity.

\n
🔑 Must-Have Skills:
\n
• Deep Exchange Online & On-Prem Exchange administration
\n
• Strong Exchange Hybrid, Mail Flow, Connectors & Transport Rules experience
\n
• EOP & Microsoft Defender for Office 365 – Anti-Spam, Anti-Phishing, Safe Links/Attachments
\n
• Microsoft Teams administration, governance & lifecycle management
\n
• Microsoft Purview – Retention, Compliance & Information Governance
\n
• Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO, Conditional Access & Entra Connect
\n
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation
\n
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & Certificate Management
\n
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and change-management experience
\n
\n
⭐ Nice to Have:
\n
• Teams Phone, Auto Attendants, Call Queues & Teams Rooms
\n
• Jira / ServiceNow integrations with Teams
\n
• Experience supporting security, audit and regulatory requirements
\n
• Financial services or other highly regulated environments
\n
\n
⚠️ Work Schedule: 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC, with occasional support in Winston-Salem, NC. After-hours changes and on-call support may be required.
