Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician I
$18–$25/hour730am - 430pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety across our facility.Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and irrigation systems
- Maintain greenhouses, buildings, and related structures
- Operate tools such as welders, grinders, and hand tools
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry)-
- Ability to read technical documents and troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and varied hours
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Preferred
- Maintenance certification (electrical, plumbing, welding, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
