Grandaisy Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisanal bakery founded by Monica Von Thun Calderón in 2006. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our baked goods, the unique experience we strive to provide our patrons, our active community support, and the level of commitment and engagement of our staff. Every member of our team, along with the Porter /Janitor, is an integral part of this process and contributes to our success.
Responsibilities Include
- Clean bathrooms, restock toilet paper and soap
- Wipe down tables, chairs and window bar
- Sweep and mop Retail floors
- Clean and Sweep sidewalk
- Change out garbage bags
- Clean production equipment
- Wash Sheet and Pullman Pans
- Wash Dough Bins
- Sweep and mop production area floors as required
- Work on Kitchen Prep as required
Qualifications
- Prior work as a Porter/ Janitor helpful
