Unarmed Security Officer / Customer Service Representative

Smith Guard, Inc. is seeking professional, customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers for a premier location near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This position combines security and customer service, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and tenants
• Maintain a visible security presence and patrol assigned areas
• Assist patrons with directions, information, and general assistance
• Monitor property and report safety concerns or suspicious activity
• Complete incident and daily activity reports
• Respond professionally to emergencies and customer concerns
• Work closely with management to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous security, customer service, hospitality, or military experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Requirements:
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
