Compensation:
$115,300 - $176,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads to build a robust client base.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Set appointments for buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client engagement.
- Manage and update client information in the CRM to ensure accurate records.
- Track activity and progress toward team goals to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and accountable work environment.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, for client management and follow-up tasks.
