NOW HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – MANUFACTURING & TECHNICAL SERVICES
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows how to keep complex, customer-facing projects moving from order intake through successful completion.
If you’re organized, customer-focused, technically minded, and comfortable coordinating across multiple departments, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer-facing projects from start to finish
- Own project scope, schedules, milestones, action items, and customer commitments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance, Field Service, and Customer Service
- Track schedules, resources, materials, risks, and open issues
- Communicate project updates, delays, priorities, and required actions
- Identify potential problems early and coordinate corrective action
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
We’d Love to Talk to You If You Have:
- Project management experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, technical services, or a similar environment
- Experience with equipment installations, rebuilds, retrofits, machine conversions, service contracts, or capital projects
- Strong customer communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience with SAP/ERP systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint is preferred.
PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
