IT Project Coordinator MUST BE LOCAL (Memphis, TN | In-Office)

Location Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

• This is a full-time, in-office role based in Cordova, TN.
• Applicants must currently reside within commuting distance of Memphis, TN.
• Relocation and remote work are not supported for this position.

The Role

This is a high-ownership coordination role responsible for driving the execution of multiple network infrastructure projects across the country.

You will operate at the center of our delivery engineensuring projects move forward without delays, miscommunication, or rework.

We are not looking for a task-taker.

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership
• Anticipates issues before they escalate
• Drives communication with urgency and clarity

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple structured cabling and network deployment projects nationwide
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company standards
• Track milestones and proactively identify and escalate risks
• Serve as primary point of contact between customers and field technicians
• Coordinate technician scheduling and material delivery
• Maintain accurate, real-time project documentation
• Perform quality control by reviewing field deliverables (photos, documentation)
• Communicate project status clearly and consistently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or similar operational role
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Structured cabling / telecom / network infrastructure exposure
• Familiarity with ISP/circuit installs
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Experience with Visio
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Cisco, TCP/IP
