Assistant HVAC Technician – Apartment Community
We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Technician to support the maintenance team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems and be eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist with HVAC repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Help complete apartment make-readies and work orders</li>
<li>Assist with diagnosing and repairing AC and heating systems</li>
<li>Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Lead Technician as needed</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas</li>
<li>Provide professional service to residents</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment maintenance or HVAC experience in apartments</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HVAC systems</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and develop HVAC skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and good communication skills</li>
<li>EPA or HVAC required</li>
</ul>
