Pest Control Technician – Residential & Commercial

We are partnering with a respected, family-owned pest management company that has served Philadelphia and the surrounding tri-state area for more than 15 years. Due to continued growth, they are hiring an experienced Pest Control Technician to service a mix of residential and commercial customers.

What You'll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and conditions conducive to infestation
- Identify pests and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
- Perform structural pest control services
- Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and other pest management products safely and effectively
- Perform pest exclusion and proofing, including sealing entry points to prevent re-entry
- Develop and implement site-specific Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs
- Communicate treatment plans, findings, and service progress clearly with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and required documentation
- Manage an assigned route while providing professional, responsive customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional pest control experience
- Experience servicing both residential and commercial accounts
- PA Pesticide Applicator Core Certification preferred, but NOT required
- Strong knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods
- Experience with pest exclusion, structural pest control, traps, baits, and pesticide applications
- Understanding of pesticide safety and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot pest issues and recommend effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
