We are seeking a reliable General Repair Maintenance Technician to join our team in Huntsville. This permanent role involves maintaining apartment units with a focus on tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, utilizing standard hand and power tools to perform repairs and preventive maintenance at a single location. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 depending on experience, along with full company benefits, including paid holidays, medical, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment repairs and fixture installations
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
- Respond promptly to tenant repair requests
- Communicate effectively with tenants regarding maintenance needs
- Work as part of a maintenance team under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor
- Utilize standard hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Prioritize tenant requests and property upgrades
