About Us:

We are a well-established property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Currently, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager for our 35-unit apartment complex located in Davis, CA.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues
Lease enforcement and tenant relations
Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Proficient in Cloud Computing and using a portal

Requirements:

Live on-site in the provided manager's unit
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for after-hours emergencies

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, plus on-site housing.
