Role Description The Janitorial Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, WA, responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, and cleaning common areas such as hallways, break rooms, and offices. The role also involves monitoring supply levels, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. The Janitorial Technician may interact with clients and building occupants, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Occasional work outside standard hours may be required to support special cleaning projects or meet client schedules.

- Strong Janitorial Services and Housekeeping skills, including experience with standard cleaning methods, equipment, and products.
- Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate courteously and maintain a professional demeanor in client settings.
- Training experience or willingness to learn and follow structured cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Basic Sales awareness, such as recognizing client needs and communicating service options to supervisors when appropriate.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior janitorial or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
