Leasing Agent
Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA
Property: 123-Unit Apartment Community
Position Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with resident relations. This role focuses on maintaining high occupancy by responding to leads, conducting property tours, processing applications, and supporting current residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents.
- Conduct apartment and community tours.
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
- Process applications, leases, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records.
- Follow up on leads to achieve leasing goals.
- Coordinate move-ins and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the leasing office and model are clean and welcoming.
- Assist with resident events and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Energetic team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Weekend availability required.
The Leasing Agent reports directly to the Community Manager and is expected to uphold Fair Housing standards while providing a positive experience for residents and prospects.
